I always watch how many calories I take in, but haven't a clue to gauging how much I expend.
Advice, please.

I found some calorie expenditure charts on Google.
Just as I track what I eat, I track my daily activity. And then tally up how much I did.
Sleep, 6 hours at 85 calories/hr. Like that.

Interesting. I must be racking up the points bigtime for copying and filing, sleep and sex.
I've been conned convinced to join FitDay.com, since the friends who use it swear they don't get spam or virii.
Of course, if I still did all the stuff my 1984 self did [see icon], I'd definitely burn more than I ate.
