Oh, I just watched My Neighbor Totoro for the first time! So adorably wonderful!

I did watch it dubbed though. Maybe I should try it subtitled next time.

So cute, right? I'm not sure how easy it would be to find subtitled. I watched it with a major anime fan, who had downloaded it or something. Some of the translations were pretty hilarious!

I'm not a big fan of The Mission, but I do fondly remember its soundtrack.

At church a week ago they were having a special mass because all the priests were leaving (??) and a woman did a prayer reading with a Mission song playing in the background. The officiating priest, who was a Jesuit, was like "Um, I hope that choice of music wasn't prophetic in some way. I'd rather not end up like Jeremy Irons." It was pretty funny.
