Good. Now I don't need to post, because you've covered pretty much everything I'd have said! I found it quite satisfying while I watched it, 'til the last half hour or so, but then the wtf-ery hit full stride.

Especially Bill going to keep vigil at Laura's grave rather than, as you say, being with Lee and/or Tigh and Ellen. And okay, so wtf exactly *was* Kara?

Also, I am rereading Robinson Crusoe (teaching it this semester) and . . . uh, dudes, are you sure you just want to wander out with tiny backpacks to settle the land? It took Crusoe *years* to master basketry, pottery, growing, animal husbandry. OK, Baltar grew up on a farm. I'm not seeing that as enough to get them all through.

Yeah, I just don't know what to say. Was going along just fine until the end.

Sort of wish Kara had told Lee she loved him and then rode off with Anders into the sun. Like you, I'm totally pissed about them cancelling out her personhood and reducing her to a plot device. Kara's special destiny always bored me a little. I'm not fascinated by people painting circles on walls and being cranky to everyone else. I did like the piano bit with her father, but her father's true identity was totally left hanging. Bah.

I think I'm mostly pissed about Lee getting the shaft yet again, in terms of having a meaningful character arc or meaningful relationships. Why did they have to fixate on the sordid aspects of his bond with Kara? Why leave us with that image of them about to do it on his brother's table? And just what is that pigeon again? *sigh*

I don't know if I will post on all this. Part of me just wants to pretend that the show ended at the middle of season 2.
