Hey, even though I know we're at opposite ends of the political spectrum (and I'm a few days late), I'm pleased that you voted. And I don't want you ever to feel that you wasted your time (even if you're a Republican in DC or a Democrat in Oklahoma, or a third party supporter (as some of my friends are)) because you voted. That's the most important thing. You also are knowledgeable about issues and have a stance based on research and reason. That's bonus.

Besides, keep in mind that if you didn't vote, the "other guys" would have an even wider margin of victory. Your side may have lost, but you voted. And I'm proud of you, despite our ideological differences.
