Aye, that it does. I cannot claim originality for it, however. I think I heard the line from a character on some (pseudo)medical TV show in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Possibly it was Trapper John, MD but I am not sure anymore.

Interesting. VERY interesting... Was it used as a diagnosis report? Or was the patient giving his symptoms? I hope it wasn't followed by graphic colonoscopy...
I think nobody claims the rights to that... Let us patiently wait a few years, and it will find it's way in Public Domain! Then who can stop the use of it?

I think it was the elderly doctor describing a micromanaging administrator of very little brain (redundant, I know).
