If you've had the misfortune of encountering a certain obnoxiously loud and repetitive television commercial, you know the rest of that line. If not, consider yourself fortunate. The product, whose purpose the commercial never actually mentions, is supposedly a headache medication. Considering how they advertise, I can only hope the makers don' ( Read more... )

Was the intended message "Do not buy this product and do not support the bozos who made this annoying commercial!"? That's the message I got.

Yup - I know that commercial. If it weren't for the fact that I can't tell you the product's name, I'd say it's a brilliant bit of advertising... as far as it promotes product recognition. Instead, it promotes recognition of the commercial. And, I wouldn't be caught buying that product because the advertisement seems to be aimed at utter morons.

I won't say the name of the product, but the name describes a type of collision.
