Eep! That was creepy! (And so very Seishrio.) I loved it. But poor Subaru! :( These two always break my heart. It was worse that I read X/1999 before Tokyo Babylon, so that entire time I'm reading the (mostly) light and happy series, I'm just picturing their final scene together.

Same here. Sometimes I would forget about X and just enjoy the bubbly fluffieness of some scene, and then Seishiro would do or say something that reminded me and I'd feel my fingernails curl up.
I sometimes wonder what an effect the ending of TB would have had on me if I hadn't known before.

Wow. This is one of the best creepy!Sei pieces ever. You have some amazing descriptions, like darkness smiling at Subaru and static. It gave me shivers, and I'm nearly immune to horror movies/stories.

Subaru is spot-on.

Too bad you don't have longer stories:(

P.S.

I loved and added to memories all your tb/x/1999 stories, but this one is just perfect.

Thanks for the comment! I'm glad you liked this.

When I wrote these fics, I didn't have the time or mindset for long stories. I'm quite happy with getting the short ones done, actually - and for keeping them short. It's something I usually struggle with.
