This was the first time I've written for this show.

YAY!

Each one of these was perfect!

I especially liked this part: The young doctor was sitting on the couch, on his own, his shoulders slumped and his face buried in his hands. He looked up when Jayne entered, and the older man saw deep lines of exhaustion, stress and worry on his face. The doctor straightened, as if to pretend that he wasn’t about to fall over, and offered a weak smile of politeness.

Jayne didn’t destroy any clothes that day.

Awww. Very in-character too!

Of all the Firefly characters, Jayne is not the one I would have chosen to write about. But I like how these memes make you do things you wouldn't have done otherwise.
I'm happy you think they're good. I thought they sucked a little bit.

Writing these was also a very good excuse to rewatch a few episodes. Just to get into the characters, you know... :P

very cute, especially the first. Shame about Kaylee not getting any strawberry, though :)
also it happens to be a first slasfic in Firefly fandom I've read, because when I watched Firefly and loved it to bits, I've tried to come up with a slash fandom I'd want to see and failed. But maybe good fic, like this will broaden my horizons :)
