My profound thought for the night? You should never read fiction written by people whom you know -- even if it's only a little. You'll be too tempted to try and figure out how much of it is fiction, and how much is biography.

a friend once wrote this long story/almost-book, it involved a lot of male rape... while reading i couldn't help but wonder where it all came from LOL

Okay...am I the only one that's disturbed by the fact that you used the words 'reading' and 'came' together in the same sentence as 'rape'?
