I'm sorry you have to deal with this.

If it makes you feel any better, I think Katie and I will soon be evicted, too. We're technically not supposed to have a dog but we've obviously been living there with Smelliott for 2 years... we just got a letter from our landlord stating "remove your dog from the apartment by Dec. 31." Happy Christmas to you too, pig fuckers!

I hate hate hate hate being a renter in a big city. Everyone is out to screw you. :(

Want to move to Oregon with me & Katie????? Rent is way cheaper and everyone is nicer in Oregon.

Man, The housing inspector sounded like he was bragging when he said "The laws are very, very pro-tenant in Seattle, so I think the landlords are on the defensive all the time." I can understand that, making it out to seem like they're "out to get you" but shit. It's called make my apartment livable and there are no problems.

The biggest problem is that nobody reports these shit-hole tenants because they fear retaliation, even though that's insanely illegal here... I saw that somebody else in my building complained about something to the housing authority on the 7th... which is a relief.

Doesn't your friend Ralph have a dog, too? Elliots girlfriend, yeah? Poopoo. sons of bitches. :(

Oregon, eh? Well. at least you'd be closer to me! I've not yet visited oregon so I don't know if it's for me or not. I hear Portland's just as expensive as Seattle is. *shrug* donno for sure though.

now that you mention it... vagina_cage December 11 2007, 04:05:57 UTC
That was the only time I had a better-than-bad experience in Seattle was with a professionally managed complex... but they're so expensive, I cannot afford it. :( I think that's the REAL problem. the ones I can afford are the ones that are dives. :(

miss you from down the street.

Google the place where I live The Dover in downtown. It's cheap, good location and they love me. If you say Meighan on #8 recommended you they will help you out.
