Nope, it's like that with our home internet, too. Except they don't slow it down until the end of the cycle. We don't have a cycle. We have some shittastic revolving window type deal that keeps a usage %. If it goes over 100%, we've got no internet until it drops to 70% usage.

I hate that "unlimited" internet shit. They hardly ever are.
