So I brought some work home with me today, which is something I avoid. I have to cut up some music for a staff member. She has recently found out about this contemporary composer, and consequently, so have I. His name is Ezio Bosso and he's brilliant! He makes nice textures. I think his loud stuff works better than his quiet, though, in general. maybe that's just a thing that I have with the style, not just him.

vaguely relevant: Clint Mansell's former band (PWEI)was my other superfavourite band when i was a kid. I have a huge collection of PWEI picture discs as a consequence. They came here in 1994 but my mum wouldn't let me go. my sister went and i was so jealous.
