Yay, hope you enjoy! :D And the dots are apart of one of the masks from Aquilegia's default replacement costume makeup, here. But you could also get it in non-default form at Garden of Shadows, in the Club Crimsyn archive under their masks (which are all very pretty ^^.) But I cannot find a link to it right now, sorry. :(
