Seriously, I could just read your take on variations of Sayid proposing to Kate for the rest of my life. I died inside a little bit at that part. So unbelievably perfect. You are so good at nailing exactly the parts of Sayid's personality that make me love him the most. He's so calm and nice and stiff yet cute. It's just wonderful. And I love the way you can almost see Kate warming, too. This right here is their best selves. I love the inclusiveness, too (I love shippy fic best when there are more than two characters involved; it feels more real that way) with the others coming to the reception (and I just loved the rationale for why!). I love this universe you've set up where everyone knows Hurley is in charge and is magic and it's all cool. I love that she calls it a vacation, not a honeymoon. I love that they visited Ray (Ray!). Love it all. Thank you so much!

I think I could write at least fifty proposals for these two. I love Kate so much but Sayid is the only person I could see her marrying. He just fits so well with her.

The only way I feel comfortable letting the characters leave the Island is when I know Hurley's in charge because that way they won't be sucked back.

I'm glad you enjoyed the fic! You gave me such wonderful prompts to work with. I'm just happy I did them justice. :)

This made me so nostalgic. It's just so beautiful it makes me ache a little. Sayid and Kate just fit here. It feels natural and right and just perfect. Gorgeous fic. <333
