I agree, SMG isn't top talent but she's watchable (imagine, we could have been stuck with something awful - there are any number of ditzy models turned so-called actresses or just plain wannabe-actresses dying for screen time) and I'm with you on the topic of Ioan Gruffudd. He can be a delight.

The sneak peek vid has at least whetted my appetite to wonder where this might go :) We'll have to wait and see, huh?

I'm hoping for twisted conspiricies, drugs, prostitutes, faimily secrets... actually this trailer kind of reminded me about Twin Peaks, in the sense that there's this secret corrupted world underneath the facade. I usually like these kinds of shows. My only concern remains that it's on CW o.O'

But Nikita was good/decent/excellent depending on the day, so maybe this will be mostly good as well?

I never watched Twin Peaks so I'll have to take your word for that, but secrets, corruption and layers are always good entertainment :D

Okay then. I'm gearing up to start Nikita once I've finished catching up with Spooks. I'm addicted, it's sad. Though I'm finally up to Season 7 and omg Richard Armitage=love :P I'm hoping I'll like him as Lucas North. But I was spoiled to learn that one of my all-time favorite characters is going to die this season *sigh* I know it's not the first time and it won't be the last but I'm attached to him. *huffs*
