This video is of a prank pulled on a telephone company with really bad customer service in Belgium. They decided to give the company a dose of it's own medicine!

The spoken bits are, of course, in Flemish, but English translations have been added so you can understand what they're saying.

I pity the poor security guard, but overall it's poetic justice. Now, I wonder if Mobistar's customer service will be better as a result? Having something like this happen on national TV should result in some kind of effect, no?
