Apparently the teaser trailer for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is released tomorrow. It's supposed to be shown on Good Morning America between 8 and 9, and will afterwards be available online and in movie theaters (rumor has it that it's showing before The Spiderwick Chronicles).

Jessica Alba plays a blind chick in The Eye. The only thing that could be hotter is her playing a deaf single mother.

Does anyone even remember that show? It premiered as a TV movie, Young Indiana Jones and the Curse of the Jackal in 1992. Now that was a goal! Just watched the 3rd period of the Devils - Penguins game, and saw a damn amazing goal. Elias hit the puck off the wall behind the goal, which made a perfect triangle; someone else passed it to Asham, and the puck went right in. They replayed it about five times. Hockey fucking rules!

If the movies of this summer taught us anything, it's that we never learn our lesson. We put our faith in updates of childhood favorites; we trust in proven creators; we still think trilogies are a good thing; and we still feel that we have to give everything a chance, regardless of bad reviews, bad-word-of-mouth, Bad Movie Sense tingling, etc. ( Read more... )

I just saw one of the most surreal fucking things in the world. I was flipping through the channels and Jerry Springer was on. Oddly enough, everyone was singing "The Star-Spangled Banner," complete with an image of Old Glory overlying the screen. They showed Jerry singing and Steve with his hand over his heart.
