I think you should write an essay about it, too. I don't know who will read it, but so far about 185 people have accessed our site from the UUA article. People are interested. John has been trying to emphasize marketing and I put it in my essay, too. Did you finish reading John's book? Hopefully people will buy it to learn more, but your point of view for the solution would be good also.

The real work is in defining, resourcing, building, challenging and maintaining IT. I think this is the key that other congregations are looking for.
