Oh my god yes. The one thing I dislike about everyone getting "in on burlesque" is that any girl thinks she can get up on stage in a thong and pasties and shake it all around. It's an ART, teasing and undressing. You don't just whore it up.

I just hate how they all get up there and stay fully clothed and prance around. It's about stripping. If you don't wanna strip....don't call yourself a burlesque performer. It's also not a political issue, and it's ALSO not an excuse for an extremely fat girl to get half naked and make a "statement" about her sexuality. lol
