We had already decided I would not work for at least a few years after having a baby, so it wasn't even a decision. Of course, I did not have a career and a Master's degree etc. I don't know HOW women have a full-time/several part-time jobs and children. Someone lied to us as kids when they told us that "We can have it all." You just can't. It's physics; there are only 24 hours in a day!! I find that the perfect balance for me is working part-time (which I do from home) and being there with the kids as well. You just do what feels right for your family and personality.
