This makes me wish I had managed to run my Deadlands campaign. I had a collection of maps I'd garnered that were from 1876, and was slowly converting them into CC2 (It was 2 at the time. :D ) I don't know where they ended up.

Oh, yes, that's one of the ones I used too! Excellent resource. I also happened to luck my way into a very beat up old Atlas of the US from 1876, many bad pages, etc. The used book store didn't charge much because the book was in such bad shape. But it had a great two page railroad map of the US. Unfortunately, with several computer changes, including a few where I never ported CC over, I seem to have misplaced a lot of my older stuff. If I'm lucky, some day I'll find it all again. That's what happens when you get distracted with young kids. You forget where you put everything. :)
