Er, I have a question:
Given I don't have an internet connection at home except for my cell phone (which does not connect to the PC in any way except for moving files), I'm a bulk uploader. As in, I post lots of stuff all together when I get the chance. I'd really like to partecipate this year, but is my method of uploading against regulations? If it is, never mind.

You can certainly combine all your posts for a theme into one post. Like say you have four fics for 'close to you,' you're welcome to post them as one post. However, if you're asking if you can post them all at the end of the week or something, no, not if you want Valentines. You need to post them on the day of the theme for that. ^^

But you are always welcome to post after the day of the theme. You just wouldn't earn Valentines for that.

And, uh, just curious: what the rules on side-pairings? Focus on UsUk, but there's no trouble if I make, IDK, a teeny passing mention to Franada, is there?

Is there any limit to how many fics/fanart I can post in a day? owo Sorry, this is only my first time participating! ;w;

There is no limit at all. If you ARE doing a lot though, we ask that you use discretion and combine posts. For example, if you do ten fanworks, we'd prefer you not do ten posts that day, but maybe combine them into just a few different posts.
