NOW I remember why I stopped trying to sleep 6-8 hours at night! It was so nice over vacation, but, alas, my schedule does not provide me the opportunity ;(.
Back to my 3 hours in the afternoon and 4 hours overnight schedule tomorrow. Sigh.

I don't know how people do that. I get really even more ADHD than I already am, exhausted, weird appetite fluctuations, and chest pains.
I sometimes wonder if it's not that my body is so much weaker/more sensitive than others', but that I am just kind of more aware of what factor caused me to feel a certain way. Like I'm very aware of the effect of very small amounts of drugs in my system.
But I definitely couldn't go on 4 hours of sleep and feel anything but shitty afterword.

Given a choice, I'd always pick to sleep more. However, my body does not like being forced to sleep earlier than it wants to. Since I have to wake up 4-6AM for work every day, this presents a problem.
I've just kind of learned to deal with it. I hate it, but I just sleep in the afternoon instead. It helps some.

Hope the adjusting doesn't take too long. Mine's taking too long to function :(
