I apologise for the actions of my fellow CSOs! I did *try* and explain to them that someone saying to you 'my computer won't work' is about the same as someone saying to us 'I've got a problem with my flat' and us knowing what they're on about. I'm also trying to convince them that computers do not hold personal vendettas against people.

The office is like the Marie Celeste...except in Customer Services where we have now become Directory Enquiries. Want a gas board number? Number of the police? Number for another Council? Number for a place who'll provide furniture for low low prices? Number of the beast? Call your friendly Customer Services Officer!
