Have I mentioned how much I really enjoyed reading your story? Because I really did.

Overall, I felt that what you produced in the end was a wonderful outlook on their characterisations and decisions on an alternate scenario. I enjoyed the exchanges between the characters, especially at the end (you even wrote Axel in a way that didn't annoy me, so that's a huge, huge plus).

It was a great experience being able to work with you. I hope that one day when I have more free time in my hands, I'd like another opportunity to illustrate for your stories. :)

Cheers :)

I've said it before, but here it is again: it was a lot of fun working with you, your pictures really helped to make it come to life.

(And Axel's one of my favourites to write, he's just so simple to get down and has such clear goals. Maybe it's because he's not got half as much backstory as the others.)

Loved this. I really enjoy Rogues 'down time' stories, with the opportunity to get into their heads and just be themselves. And it was nice to revisit that era of continuity, which these days I really miss. You did a great job with their characters.

The happy ending is wonderful too, because as much as I like dark stuff, I'm a huge sucker for happy endings. And these guys deserve to have something go right for a change.

Great piece!

Thanks :)

I quite like the whole Salvation Run through to but not including Flashpoint, not really for that actual stories themselves, but because there were just so many plot threads left hanging - there's so much to play with!

And I'm partial to happy endings myself, I find it difficult to not give my favourite characters hope.
