Yay! I love the Bifrost's!
I also love Billy Caspian. One time after I first started playing sims 3 I married him into a family and he was probably my favorite sim spouse ever. He's really good with kiddos.
I also love that when they went exploring tombs he was like "so sorry, dont feel good!" LOL

Billy Caspian is probably one of my favorite townies in Riverview. And you're right, he actually makes a good dad despite the incident with Things 1 & 2 in this chap.
