[Sanada had been browsing the feed to see if there were any updates on his teammates and then he saw this. He's calmly watching the evolution.

Oh, are you new?

Basically pokemon change as they get older and stronger, like caterpillars. Some, like my Raichu, can only do that under special conditions. She had to have that stone to change.

I've fought some really strong Pikachu though... Though I guess at the end of the day a Raichu would have more pure strength...

Well, it wasn't just so she could get stronger, she was pretty tough already. But the moment she saw the stone in the store she wanted it. I think she looks better this way anyways.

I would have held off a little longer, since I think she has more moves to learn... but she was pretty adamant about it.

It's weird that some want to and some don't, isn't it? Nemesis can evolve, but she won't.

I guess it depends. Having your body change suddenly like that must be a lot to get used to. And Nemesis is strong enough that she really doesn't need to.
