Entry 21 [Video]

Been wondering this for a few days now, but...how the hell do these things breed?

[He indicates the pokemon, notably Marshall and Lily the Treeckos, who seem to be snuggling. There's also an egg in front of them.]

I mean, someone must've seen them do it, right? It happens all the time at home. And how do they lay eggs anyway? I mean, that egg is ( Read more... )

It's PokéMagic, of course.

Uh-huh. Right. You expect me to believe that that egg just magically appeared?

Is there's reasonable doubt to believe it's not possible? Fridge logic does run pretty rampant in Johto, after all!

I guess you've got a point. But something does have to be said for basic biology. I mean, an egg that big is not coming out of a pokemon that small.

I have always wondered that as well...

I know, it's really weird. You'd think someone would have figured it out by now.

[Hey there Lacus. Have a charming smile]

Well... I think a lot of things about this world is really mysterious. Time frozen back home, souls trapped in dreams...

[ Smiles charmingly as well. ]

... You know, my friend and I just talked about this the other day, wondering how that even works. Still don't have a clue though.

[Yes, twelve year old girl on your feed with that last part of your message.]

[Does Barney care? Not really.]

Yeah, I know. I mean, one minute there was nothing, and next, an egg. An egg that is as big as the pokemon that laid it. How does that work?

I really don't know. It doesn't really make that much sense.

Guess it fits in with the rest of the world then, since this whole place is pretty weird.

I believe the energy generated by two pokemon being near each other creates an egg, unlike standard breeding procedures from other worlds.

...

Did it? Does that mean you worked for five different Nurse Joys? [Forgive him Barney, he knows NOTHING about human sexual experiences.]

And that just made the egg appear?

[WTF? Also, I apologize for this.]

I guess you could say that...although, it was a different kind of work if you know what I mean.

It's just a logical guess until I can conduct a scientific experiment to prove otherwise.

[No need for apologies. Sasha just blinks at the camera, completely oblivious cause lol he has no sex life. AT ALL.]

They actually let you do something other than paperwork? What kind of job did you get to do?

Let me know how that goes.

[He sighs. Really?]

I was sleeping with them.

Well, yeah. I mean, how else am I going to find out about how that egg showed up?

[THAT WASN'T WHAT HE WAS REFERRING TO AND YOU KNOW IT. An irate sigh. Still not going to get into it.]

Obviously the egg was laid. If you're so perplexed by the process of egg-laying, I suggest visiting the closest library ... or farm.

I know the egg was laid. But look at it. The egg is the size of the pokemon that laid it! How does that work?
