[ Eve wobbles over to Scratch, wiggling its pincers at him. Kanaya watches, and it's obvious she feels no small twinge of pride-- she's very fond of the little grub creature. ]

She seems to like you well enough.

As well as can be expected.

[ Kanaya kneels as well, patting Eve on the head. ]

This body is still going to take some getting used to. Appearance and blood color notwithstanding, it is fundamentally the same, but...

[ Really, as long as she can still wear make-up and pretty dresses, she doesn't mind it too much. ]

Well... I have always been considered strange by troll standards. Somehow, it does not seem appropriate to consider myself a troll after Eridan culled me, anyway.

[ Tucking a short, curled lock behind her ear, Kanaya looks down at the egg in her hands again. ]

Any tips for an aspiring breeder?

For profit? [ Kanaya contemplates this. She'd rather not go down that route (it just sounds greedy :c), but she'll keep that information stored away just in case they're ever in need of more of this world's currency. ]
