Cherrygrove is a pretty nice place. And the Inn doesn't cost that much money.

Or you can sleep at the Pokémon Center, they have some room too.

Well, yeah, it is for the pokemon, but they also have accommodations for trainers there.

Yep! Most of the time it's just rats, but if you go in at night, there's a ton of these Pokémon called Gastly.
