⒈ Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Due to being eleven, Ken is pretty short, coming in shortest of the human members of SEES at 4'6" (140cm). He's thin, but sturdy, probably from years of playing sports, and fighting shadows in Tartarus.
⒉ How old is he?
I just--he's eleven. Born on the 24th of June, 1998.
⒊ Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
Ken has pretty good posture for his age--he stands straight backed, with his head high. He's very concerned about keeping his body in good working order, and good posture is very important for that.
⒋ How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Ken is very healthy for his age, if you don't count Persona as a condition. In fact, his health is above average. He eats healthily, gets regular exercise and sees his doctor regularly.
⒌ How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Ken's movements are very heavy, but a bit wild; fluid, but at the same time, clumsy, when fighting. When walking, or outside of battle, he's pretty controlled and casual.
⒍ How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
Hoboy. Ken's cute for a kid, and he has the makings of someone who will be very attractive when he grows up. He thinks his hair is his best feature and takes good care of it, but he looks in the mirror every day and he sees someone who is undoubtedly a child. This frustrates him to no end.
⒎ Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Ken's pale, like any Persona 3 character, and, obviously he must have a clear complexion to fit in with being impossibly aesthetically pleasing.
⒏ Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
Ken's hair is a medium, mousy brown color, and it's very soft and light. He takes good care of it, as his hair is much like his mother's was. Due to its lightness, it's almost impossible to style, and it tends to stick up in places he doesn't want it to. If it was any longer it would probably be very wavy--nice on a girl, not on a boy. He keeps it short, but not too short, at the length his mother liked it cut, and when it's wet it has this terrible habit of falling into his eyes.

A nice, soft, woodsy brown color.
⒑ Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Mn, not really, I don't think so.

⒓ What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
He has all of four different outfits. And a crazy love of orange. He's always dressed nicely--though in summer, he does dress more for playing a game of baseball or soccer. He wears the Gekkoukan uniform a lot, with an orange hoodie under it.
Oh, and shorts.
Nothing but shorts.

He seems to have a tendency to wear sweaters that are a little big on him, but otherwise they fit just fine. And his clothes are probably the only thing he's comfortable in.

What job? Oh. School. Of course he dresses differently, he has a uniform.

SPEECH.
⒈What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
As he hasn't hit puberty yet, his voice is still pretty high, but he's no soprano. I'd put him in an alto category... I know I use this too much, but he's got a very soft quality to his voice--not quiet, not airy, just soft.
⒉ How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
Ken speaks pretty evenly. He hesitates sometimes, just because he doesn't quite know how to word his "wtf" around some people, and he thinks about his words. He is prone to trailing off when he's deep in thought.
⒊ Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
Nothing that I've picked up on...
⒋ What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
He speaks Japanese, with a few words of English scattered here and there.

Never.
⒍ Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
Like I said, he has to think sometimes. He's better at bullshitting than saying what he actually thinks.

Neither. His tone of speech itself is pretty harsh and straightforward. When he's embarrassed or uncertain he stumbles a little more over what he's trying to say.
MENTAL & EMOTIONAL.

For his age, Ken is pretty damn smart. He's got good grades, and he's very logical. He is far from naive, and he can

Both, to an extent. When he's lying or using his cheerful facade he tends to be very quick. When he's being honest, he thinks a little more, he spends a little more time actually figuring out what he's doing.
In battle, though, he can be very quick thinking.

Very logical, though easily influenced by anger. And very practical. And dark.

He's graduating elementary school this year?

I can imagine Ken would like to learn about a lot of things. He's at a point in his life where he doesn't have to think about it. But I could easily see him growing up to study law or law enforcement. I could also see him working for the Kirijo Group.

Introvert.
⒎ Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Ken is so prone to violent anger, you don't even know. He's very good at bottling it up, but he's the kind of person if you say something wrong, he can really snap. Most of the time he's pretty melancholy, but if you get him doing the right things around the right people he's downright cheerful. And Ken is nothing if not driven.

React. He tends not to do things without prompting.

Fight until you die.

Ken does not understand your joking. He is more likely to stare at you like you're smoking something, or take you completely seriously. He needs more fun in his life.

None that he's actually diagnosed with. But if he doesn't have depression I will eat my sneakers. And he deals with it by making himself a goal of killing someone else AND THEN KILLING HIMSELF. What the hell.
⒔ What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?
The night his mother died turned his world upside down. The night Shinjiro died took his upside down world and twisted it to something unrecognizable.
⒕ What does he fear?
Failing, again. Failing to protect someone, failing to be the person he strives to be, failing to be someone his friends can be proud of. And more than anything, he fears losing something else.
⒖ What are his hopes or aspirations?
Right now, he doesn't have many. He just wants to keep living each day, and that's enough.
⒗ What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
Anything that scratches beyond the surface. Also, he'll never tell anyone he doesn't like peppers again. Thank you, Miles, for teasing him.
RELATIONSHIPS.
⒈ Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
Ken no longer has either of his parents. Ken's father left either before he was born, or when he was too young to remember him, so any relationship they'd ever have with any father-type figure would be very strained. When his mother was alive, he was very close with her. She did everything for him, and Ken was one of those few children who appreciated it.
⒉ Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
He's an only child.
⒊ Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
Ken's never had any really close family. He has an uncle paying for his school expenses, but he doesn't even know him well enough to go to stay with him on vacations--he has to stay at the school. Headcanon says that Ken's mother's family wasn't to pleased about her choice in boyfriend and disowned her when they found out she was having a child...
⒋ Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?
The only person Ken considers family at this moment is Miles. He's like a brother, a best friend, but much, much more than that.
⒌ Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Canonly, Ken's best friend would probably be Koromaru. Which is very sad because Koromaru in canon is a dog. But in Route, his best friend is definitely Miles, who met Ken when he decided he could no longer keep Nemesis, because he was sure he was going to die very soon. Miles tried to convince him otherwise. They first met in person when Ken got to Goldenrod City. Since around then, the two have been inseparable.

Yes. At this time, Ken would consider Mitsuru, Aigis and Minato to be close friends, and in Johto, he'd consider Kisa, Merlin and Heather his closest friends.

Ken has so much trouble making friends. He's quiet and very angry, and he's quick to snap at someone when upset. He's also been very sad and lonely since his mother's death.

Family. Not that.... he has any

BELIEFS.
⒈ Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type?
Ken's a Tiger and a Cancer (the cancer that is killing SEES according to the fandom). If I'm going by this website he fits Cancer pretty damn well. The site I lost but was using to read about Tiger says he fits the bill pretty well, too.
⒉ Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life?
Ken's life is pretty fucked up, religion wise. I mean, he has a Greek goddess living in his head. Still, he at least observes a lot of traditions and spends quite a bit of time at the local shrine, paying his respects.
⒊ Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
Ken is of the Justice Arcana, so his personal code is pretty straight forward, if... backward. He's an "eye for an eye" kind of guy. But that doesn't exempt him from his own transgressions. He was fully prepared to kill himself after killing Shinjiro. Most of the fandom would say it's because after that he doesn't want to live anymore, but I think at least part of it was that he knew what he was doing was just as wrong--no, more wrong--than what Shinjiro did. As for compromising it... We'll see,
⒋ How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
You know, while he'd call some things silly, he's actually pretty tolerant of different beliefs...

DAILY LIFE.
⒈ What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
Ken's got no money to his name, he's surviving on the charity of his relatives.
⒉ What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him?
Despite going to a good school, Ken's actually probably lower-class. He tends to get frustrated with the entitled of the upper class; Mitsuru can drive him absolutely crazy when she does some of her more ridiculous things. He's doesn't mind so much, though, being poor. He's never known anything else.
⒊ Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
He lives on the second floor of the SEES dorm. His room is pretty barren, and kind of messy. The dorm itself, though is wonderfully clean.
⒋ Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
Sports stuff. Food for his hamster.
⒌ What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
Student by day, savin' the world by night! He's actually pretty fond of fighting in Tartarus.
⒍ What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
Ken really, really loves sports. His favorite is soccer, but he plays and watches a bunch. He also enjoys watching Phoenix Featherman R and playing with Koromaru and his pet hamster.
⒎ What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
Ken eats out a lot. Probably something to do with the fact he's eleven and can't cook.
