I don't really have warm clothes here, and a dress like this isn't very practical for traveling.

Most of the pieces are as close to the way they were before as they can be. It's just not very practical to have a dress like this for traveling in, especially as it gets colder.
[Also she really doesn't want to give Tamaki the satisfaction, but that's a different story...]

I must agree about the practicality of a dress for traveling or in cold weather. I am, however, uncertain how much aid a thin dress would provide even as a jacket.
