I had piles of eggs about three times before and a lot of people were interested, so I don't see why not.

A breeding center?
I admit the thought crossed my mind more than once.
As for being both a breeder and a trainer, that is honestly a very practical mindset to have, especially on part of the breeder.
Being able to pass moves down to their young that the parents know should encourage the training of the Pokemon.
Not to mention it seems battling is fairly lucrative by means of monetary gain.
Nothing compared to a job, but useful for breeders who travel frequently.
Practicality on the trainer's part comes with, again, the ability for offspring to learn moves from their parents through breeding.
As far as I've read, they can learn certain moves not normally learned through leveling this way. Which would give quite the advantage in some cases I'm sure.
There is also the business of selling the eggs to think about.

Didn't know about that the Pokemon can learn moves from the parents. That's pretty useful and yeah, I've had some egg batches before. Lots of people have been interested so thinking of setting up an actual breeding centre has seem liked a better idea.

Breeding is a very interesting and intriguing subject, one I am finding to quite enjoy studying.
Wouldn't, however, a centre require you to remain stationary wherever you set it up?

Yeah, I probably do have to stay in one place or rent a place then move from city to city.

[A lot of the people he has already given eggs out to already are from all over Johto, so probably going to from location to location is best.]

Yeah, lots of people have shown interest in the eggs I’ve had around. I think it’ll be good to hand some more to those who want them.

I haven’t really heard of it either which is why I’m asking. It seems like people don’t mind if others become both, so I'll give it a try.

There used to be a ranch by Violet where people got together and bred their Pokemon and stuff

But I think it got washed out in the flood last summer and never really got back on its feet.

True, so maybe it’ll be more like a trading centre? You look for a certain kind of Pokemon and people breed one for you? That might interest more people.
