He is just as excited, and doesn't really understand how there can be so many pokémon and people in this little picture box, but that's okay, it's still all great, and his parent-that-isn't-a-pokémon is really nice and goes on walks with him and he likes Miki too, Miki is the Togepi, which is like a pokémon that didn't really manage to hatch properly but is still kind of stuck in the eggshell, and she's very cute and very nice and he'll try to look after her because she looks all fragile-like and harmless and doesn't even have claws or fangs or anything.
