Anyone have one of these, or know where to get them?

I'm sorry I couldn't help much more than that. It seems like the pokemon people have when they first arrive can be from anywhere, though. I've seen people with ones I haven't seen in the wild, too.

That's why I'm looking for one.

I've only seen the skull-brained idiot with one, and that was when I first got here. Just now remembered it.
