Its a hassle. I've gone through with semagic which will at least allow you to bring up entire days and months at a time...to see which are locked and unlocked. I've locked a bunch (when I went friends only once) and unlocked a bunch (when I decided that nobody cared ;) ).

This is why you need a personal assistant.
