I'm a little confused how it works ^^;;

It sounds like total fun, but I'm having a hard time differentiating the instructions for 1 and 2. Does 2 have to do with when a person goes to share the meme in their own journal? Lack of sleep = stupid questions xD

I think step 1 is when you comment, and then I give you a song from my music player. Step 2 is for you, after you post this meme to your journal and people comment on it. Then you do step 1 for them. ^^
