Got another phone call this morning. Apparently, the plumbers had already fixed the pipe when they were last here, so they're starting to do the other repairs today. She said that the repairs would be going on all week... hopefully they'll be doing a really thorough job. There's a lot of wooden tiling that needs to be replaced
