Your trailer park sounds like it needs the guy informally known around here as The Trailer Park Nazi...he owns two parks, one is lived in by an ex-coworker of mine and the other was lived in by my ex-sister in law with whom we are still friends.

This guy is truly almost fanatical about keeping his parks neat and clean, uncluttered, everything painted, mowed, matching, whatever. His title of Trailer Park Nazi was bestowed on him by the ex-sis-in-law, but in kind of a joking way.

His parks are not bad to live in. I don't know what kind of code thingies you have where you live, and I actually don't like them all that much, but if it's really bad and they are in violation, maybe someone could nudge the owner a bit.

it's my understanding that the owner is a very old man. i'm not sure how much he actually runs it, or how much is done by his kids/management company.

i know that m. park has requirements about keeping things neat, and permitting landscaping but i don't know if it is awful requirements.

after complaining about the 3 dead parked cars a couple of years ago, i had one cop tell me that the whole place needed cleaned up, not just my little connection. as far as i can tell, the owners also don't do lawn maintainance-places they own but are general use don't get mowed as far as i can tell.

i do know that there have been 2 trailer fires in 8 years. i don't know if that is with in acceptable paramaters, but it seems kinda high to me.

okay, on the old navy thing.. I DID say they have good stuff BUT tracibf January 29 2007, 15:47:12 UTC
you have to order it online. Most of their stores don't carry the maternity. And you, being NOT of the plus sized, should have some nice options if you want something "hip and kicky!" :)

So, new kitchen, all before the baby??

ah! okay. i just must not have caught the online part....not a big deal since we caught the sale at kohl's next door.

yeah...i'm not looking forward to the mess. i'm hopping my brother can come up and help my dad. but if we do eventually move, it will help sell the house. it will be a lot more convenient when the urthling arrives...it is just surviving the remodel....

how was iowa?
