Get a thermal cooker - the environment will thank you for it!

I've just got myself a new toy, it's a thermal cooker. I'm very excited about it, since it is a great way to cook - it works kind of like a slow cooker only way more energy efficient - doesn't have to be plugged in all day while I'm at work (which frankly makes me anxious) and I can still have dinner ready and waiting for us when we get home.

Did you get your thermal cooker from the internets, or did you find one locally? I had a look at one in Market Square in Sunnybank but *WOW*, it was so expensive!

I ended up getting a couple from Ebay, it was much cheaper.

I brought it back from Singapore - 5l pot (2 tiers) for $99! How much was the Sunnybank one going for? But mine isn't the Shuttle Chef, but a Korean brand. Works just as well..

Oooh my Dad's from S'pore. I've been there a few times, I LOVE it there!

The Sunnybank ones were Tiger brand and started at $300 for a small one. It was totally ridiculous!
