Is this Bibleman, as in Willie Ames (sp?) from Charles in Charge as Bibleman? I don't think it's blasphemy, it's just kinda lame. But, whatever keeps fundamentalist Christians away from harrassing abortion clinics and gay pride rallies and whacking off to their super hero adventures sounds fine by me.
I don't really think it's blasphemy either- it's just funny to me that they decided the best way to share the Word of God with their kids was through the Mighty Morphin' Bible Rangers. And yes, it is that selfsame Willie Ames. You are suspiciously well-informed in this respect. =_=
I am a veritable fountain of dumb trivia, which is fun except when it takes up space that could be used for important things. And don't doubt that there isn't already a Mighty Morphin' Bible Rangers series in production. "And the Lord said, 'It's morphin' time! Triceratops zord!'"
