Oh dear... That first one is actually more distressing, to my mind, partly because I know several women who've been raped (one of them as a young child), and partly because it's the sort of thing you're less likely to see any public resistance form against.
Not to bring you down, but we're just recovering from a visit from Fred Phelps. Due to previous appointments and a birthday we avoided the whole thing, but our Universalist Unitarian church took part in the counter protest.
