My Payment & Shipping Policy! (If you're put off by the tl;dr of this, just read the big bold words and you should be alright!! Explanations are there for those they may apply to. :)
• Please tell me where you are from (if US, please give me your ZIP code; everywhere else, your country!) and how you intend to pay!
If PayPal, please give me your PayPal e-mail address! (I won't screen comments by default, so if you would rather keep this information private, please e-mail me instead! mousou.carnival @ gmail.com)
• PayPal is preferred; I will always accept the offer of the person who can pay the quickest!
Something in mind though-- whether you use PayPal or not, you can still use it to check out provided you have a credit card and an e-mail address!
• Customer is responsible for PayPal fees!
As to what those are, I frequently use this tool to determine the fees. Generally, they are 2.9% + $0.30 USD for US payments; 3.9% + $0.30 USD for international payments. If you are familiar with PayPal and have a chequing account attached to your PayPal account however, we can talk about how you can lower these fees!
• If sharing/borrowing another's PayPal account, please let me know that, too!
I am perfectly okay with this, but you will have to be sure to e-mail me your mailing address in this case if it does not match one supplied when I receive the payment. Again, that's mousou.carnival @ gmail.com
• Re: Holds-- I generally won't do them for more than a 24-hour period unless you have a real game-plan!
For example: "I get paid this Friday, but it's only Monday now, would you hold this for me until then?" In that event, I will gladly hold in most cases, but keep in mind that if the day comes and goes, the hold is null & void and the item will go to the next person in line. Please be mindful!
• I ship First Class Air by default, but in the event you're buying something fragile/want insurance or would like your item faster, we can definitely talk!
I have a base price in mind for most items, but keep shipping included where I can for the sake of convenience. :)
