I filled this prompt because it's one of my all time favourite songs. It will always be that one song that I have a million memories with, that I'll hear on the radio after not hearing it for a while and be reminded of how much this song used to mean to me, of how much it reminds me of that one particular person, and still does.

Okay, so, I love this song (I totally wrote a fic about it back in January). And this fic is absolute perfection. But this was the best part for me:

There just comes a point where you can't pretend any more. There's only so long you can be satisfied with second best, when really, you're not enough of a dick that you don't deserve to be with someone who thinks of you as first.

Honestly, I think this song is so romantic and lovely, and it's just... my favourite song. The end. (My sister tried to turn me off it by telling me only cheating scumbags and homewrecking whores would find it romantic but... anyway.)

OMG yay for being on the second one. What did you think of the books? How cute are Percy/Annabeth? And they only get better (the books, well and PA, lol)

I still haven't got very far into the second one, but I bought the third one today so now I'm crazy motivated to keep reading. I really, really enjoyed the first one. I think P/A are going to be my ship for sure, because they are so cute and I love that he's all boy/confused and she's fiesty and has an attitude, and I think that's great.

Are they making movies out of the rest of the book series?

I totally love this so much right now. I love this song and I know all the lyrics by heart so I was kind of afraid that they wouldn't be together in the end but they did get together and for that, Thank you! I tend to avoid stories that don't end with Puckleberry at least.
