I've been on the fence about it for years, but it starred two women I have, at various times, had the hots for. Unfortunately, neither woman was human, so the movie seemed to have jumped the anime shark (I'm glad we've been spared the logical subsequent Alien movies: Aliens in the Machine, La Blue Alien, and Legend of the Over-Alien). If you're taking the Whedon screenplay as a good thing, don't bother. He's said all over the place that the movie as released contains very little of his script, and what is there was mucked up by the director.

I feel like, on paper, this movie should have been amazing. The talent involved was certainly stellar, but it just didn't gel.
