Abusive weather

I'm the guy who likes it warm rather than cold--I'd rather endure today's predicted 97 than our more typical 27--but today is a tough one. Interestingly, very cold and very warm have a similar effect on my breathing. I have asthma, and today I can't draw a full breath. Just reading those lyrics but not having heard the music, I hear the words sung by children skipping rope, one of those far-away sounding, haunting, sing-songy tunes, like from the Amityville Horror....

Oh! I can imagine how oppressing could be an inappropriate weather for an asthmatic person! I live in a town near Barcelona and the summers are horrible because it mixes the humidity of the valley and the summer's heat.
