Unleavened bread - that would be your basic matzoh, wouldn't it? Nice pricey matzoh in small boxes, from the looks of it...

Never heard of Bible bars. I wonder if they are as nasty as those other nutritional bars in the market.

I've ate Ezekiel 4:9 bread. It's nutty tasting. You can find it in health food stores.

The worst food I've heard of is balut. A duck egg that is collected 10 days before full development. Inside is a duckling fetus. I think it's ate in the Philippines but somewhere in Southeast Asia. That just seems so wrong to eat. I guess it's my Western sensibilities.

It's offensive enough to Western sensibilities to be included on Fear Factor.

I think the worst part would be the texture.

I agree!

I saw one Fear Factor where they ate live Madagascar cockroaches. I found myself squirming in my chair. They are huge and they hiss. Ew!

Where I heard of balut is this book: Extreme Cuisine: The Weird & Wonderful Foods That People Eat by Jerry Hopkins

Sounds like a good book.
I have a colony of hissers; I feel bad when they do stuff like that to them on Fear Factor. (also in Starship Troopers--they had little kids stomping on them)
