Wow, lots of cool animals. I haven't been to a zoo in years (Dublin Zoo was archaic to the point of being Victorian when I was 11). I might take my niece to London Zoo this year.

Maybe it's their silly grin, but I just love sloths.

Great set of pictures from this zoo. Also I liked the picture of the seashells in the sand in another post. And the weird birds. And... well, I'll stop, but you get the idea, thanks for sharing your vacation!

This post is awesome. We visited Naples a couple years ago during a vacation on Marco Island but didn't visit the zoo. We did go to the Botanic Garden, which was very nice. If you're still there (I can't tell if you're back and just posting a backlog or still there) take a side trip to Corkscrew Swamp - it's an Audubon refuge and a very special place.
