Do you often get mushrooms in snow? It seems terribly wrong to me, but I've never lived in an area with snowfall.

It's the first time I've ever seen it, but it's not unheard of. It seems to be more of a western phenomenon. When we have snow in New England, it's usually too cold for mushroom growth. The pictures above were taken when it was about 75 degrees.
