I know I'm supposed to get rid of the garlic mustard in my yard. . . but I think the leaves are nice looking, so I leave the few spots there are. I didn't know you could eat it. Shall I try, or not?

Shall you try eating it? Go for it! http://www.fosc.org/GM-Recipe.htm

Shall you try to get rid of it? Up to you. I would say to try to keep it under some control, or else you won't have anything else growing in your yard.

i'd imagine that with plastic sheeting underneath, you've got a lot of good compost going there :)

i've always wanted to completely rototill a yard, nuke it to zero, and then plant say, clover and dandelions and plantains and other native edibles.

Mmm. Tasty garlic mustard. It's so good in a pesto.
